Fitness

The fitness area is 5500 square feet of space, complete with 20 pieces of cardio equipment: Treadmills, Elliptical/Cross Trainers, Recumbent Bikes, Upright Bike and a Stepmill. The fitness center has a full circuit of weight training machines, a Power Rack and plenty of hand weights, with room to add several pieces of equipment. There is a spacious stretching area complete with a Stretch Mate. The workout space is enhanced by the large windows overlooking the stream, as well as plenty of televisions, magazines and a GREAT stereo system to help you through your workout. Finish up in our locker rooms, complete with showers, towels, televisions and many other amenities.

FITNESS RULES

No one under 14 years of age permitted. Ages 14-18 years must be accompanied by a parent and/or legal guardian. Your access card/fob will be required to gain access to the fitness facility. Members and their guests must check-in at the fitness desk before using the facilities. Medical and injury release forms must be completed before using the facilities. Guest or group fitness fees will be due at check-in.
